''Life is a Quarantine''

I was created almost fifty thousand years before this world came into existence and I was put to death with the promise of bondage. By this calculation, I am about six billion and fifty thousand years old. Now I am in another life and death has been fixed for the second time. The setting rests on the approval of a morning alarm to start life. Then there are the same days that are unchanged and the same evenings wrapped in heavy layers of sadness. Never mind standing on one side and watching these hours descend on the earth. Or is it sometimes thought to be devoid of the laws of the environment? After looking at the shape of the washroom sink for a while, memories of the series began to come into their own. I was sad to see my curse in the glass. Will I survive the times I have been waiting for? Why are the sounds coming from outside Office are closed due to lock-down. Oh yes You come to breakfast in Lagos. We have been closed people all our lives. The battle of good and evil, right and wrong, good and evil, is also embodied in me. No matter who wins, the loser is always me. I was in the quarantine of life from day one and will stay here till the end.

''زندگی ایک قرنطینہ ''


 اس دنیا کے وجود میں آنے سے تقریباً پچاس ہزار سال پہلے مجھے تخلیق کیا گیا اور مجھ سے بندگی کا وعدہ لے کر پھر موت دی گئی ۔ اس حساب سے  میری عمر تقریباً چھ ارب پچاس ہزار سال بنتی ہے ۔اب میں ایک اور زندگی کی زد میں ہوں اور جسکا اختطام دوسری بار بھی موت کی صورت طےکیا گیا ہے۔   ترتیب زندگی شروع ہونے کے لئے صبح بجنے والے آلارم کی منظوری پر ٹکی ہے ۔ پھر وہی ایک جیسے دن جو   کسی تبدیلی کے بغیر مسلط ہیں اور ایک جیسی شامیں جو اداسی کی دبیز تہوں میں لپٹی ملتی ہیں ۔ کبھی دل کرتا ہے کہ ایک سائیڈ پر کھڑا ہو کر زمین پر ان ساعتوں کے اترنے کا مشاہدہ کروں۔  یا کبھی سوچ ہوتی ہے کہ ارض و سما کے قوانین سے مبرا ٹھہروں ۔ واش روم کے سنک پر کچھ پہر اپنی شکل پر نظر دوڑائی تو یادوں کے انگنت سلسلے خود با خود وجود میں آنے لگے۔۔ شیشے میں اپنا سراپا دیکھ کر دکھ ہوا۔ کیا میں جی پاؤں گا ان وقتوں تک جن کا مجھے انتظار رہا ہے ۔ باہر سے آواز آئی کیوں تیاری کر رہے ہیں آفس تو لاک ڈاؤن کی وجہ سے بند ہیں۔ او ہاں!  تم ناشتہ لاگاؤ میں آتا ہوں ۔   ہم بند لوگ ہیں ہماری ساری زندگی ہی لاک ڈاؤن سے عبارت ہے۔ اچھائی اور برائی،  سہی اور غلط، نیکی اور بدی کا میدان جنگ بھی مجھ ہی  میں سجا ہے۔ ان میں سے  جیتا بھلا کوئی بھی ہو مگر ہارا ہمیشہ میں ہوں۔ میں شروع دن سے زندگی کے قرنطینہ میں تھا اور  آخر تک یہیں رہوں گا۔۔
